Regulations of "ten no lifting" for lifting of tire crane:
1. It is not allowed to lift if there is a person staying or walking under the boom and the lifted heavy objects.
2. Hoisting command shall be taken by full-time personnel with qualified technical training, and hoisting is not allowed without command or unclear signal.
3. Steel bars, sections, pipes and other slender and multiple objects must be tied firmly and lifted at multiple points. It is not allowed to lift if the single head "Jack" or binding is not reliable.
4. Porous plate, ash hopper and hand overturned bucket are not allowed to be hoisted without four point crane or hanging plate of large grinding plate is not allowed to be unloaded. The prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slab is not allowed to be lifted by double splicing.
5. Safe and reliable block clamps must be used for lifting blocks, and brick cages must be used for lifting bricks, and stacked neatly. Wooden bricks, prefabricated embedded parts and other sporadic objects shall be stacked with containers safely, and lifting is not allowed if they are not stacked neatly.
6. No one is allowed to lift the floor slab, girder and other lifting objects.
7. It is not allowed to lift the sheet pile, well point pipe, etc. embedded in the ground, as well as the adhered and attached objects.
8. For multi machine operation, ensure that the distance between the lifted heavy objects is not less than 3m. For multi machine operation on the same track, do not lift without safety measures.
9. Lifting is not allowed in strong wind area above level 6.
10. It is not allowed to lift heavy objects that are inclined or exceed the allowable mechanical load.
