Based on the experience of equipment maintenance in recent years, Liu engineer of our company summarized the problems and solutions frequently occurred in the operation of L-type welding positioner
1. The tilting motor of the workbench does not act;
(1) contactor contact is not good, phase loss and coil failure; treatment method: handle contactor contact and replace the contactor if necessary.
(2) thermal relay failure or misoperation; treatment method: replace or reset the thermal relay.
(3) button failure; treatment: repair or replace the button.
(4) treatment method for bad contact when the motor holding brake is not opened or the motor load terminal is loose; check the motor holding brake device and fasten the load terminal to make it in good contact
2. After pressing the button, there is no or single direction action for lifting action;
(1) the limit mechanism is stuck or the contact fails; treatment method: replace the limit.
(2) treatment method for poor contact of button contact or damage of button return spring: if it cannot be repaired, replace the button
(3) thermal relay setting current small misoperation or thermal relay fault; treatment method: adjust the setting current or replace the thermal relay
(4) the motor does not operate and makes a buzzing sound, the contactor is lack of phase, and the load terminal is in poor contact;
(5) treatment method: check the contactor, replace the contactor if necessary, and fasten the load terminal
3. The rotary table of the positioner does not act
(1) the speed regulating potentiometer of the remote control switch fails; treatment method: replace the speed regulating potentiometer
(2) check whether the forward and reverse relays CR1 and CR2 of the worktable act; handling method: check whether the wiring is loose, whether the relay is in fault, screw the wire firmly or replace the relay.
(3) the frequency converter panel is not in good contact and the screws are loose; treatment method: check the frequency converter and tighten the screws to make it in good contact
(4) check whether the rotary brake contactor km5 of the workbench acts and whether the holding brake is opened; handling method: check whether the holding brake wiring and the contactor are in fault, fasten the screws, solve the contactor fault, and replace the contactor if necessary.
(5) check whether the close control or remote control switch is in place and whether the button is in fault; handling method: replace the switch or button.
(6) the up limit switch connected to the frequency converter is faulty; treatment method: replace the limit switch
(7) check whether the wiring of the breaker at the front side of the main circuit of the frequency converter is firm and phase is missing; treatment method: if the wiring is loose, fasten the wiring terminal to make it in good contact, if the breaker is in fault, replace the breaker.
(8) if the brake band brake is not opened, check whether the brake device is damaged; if so, replace it in time.
