Generally, when welding roller frame in the basement, tunnel, metal container and relatively closed place, due to the special factors such as the air is not circulating, the access is not convenient, the light is not sufficient, the site is not smooth, and the activities are not convenient, it is easy to have accidents and rescue in the welding and cutting operation. Therefore, the following safety measures must be strictly taken.

1) before operation, it is necessary to carefully investigate the situation inside and outside the workplace, to find out whether the outdoor buildings or other structures have an impact on the indoor hot work welding and cutting, and whether there are inflammable and explosive substances in the room. If necessary, the indoor gas shall be sampled and analyzed, and only after the safety is confirmed can the indoor operation be carried out.

2) acetylene generator, oxygen cylinder and electric welding machine are not allowed to be placed in the room for hot welding and cutting. Carefully check whether the oxygen acetylene pipeline and welding and cutting torch leak, strictly prevent the explosion accident caused by the volume of oxygen acetylene gas gathering in the room, and take the oxygen acetylene pipeline and welding and cutting torch out of the room when welding and cutting are suspended. And open all doors and windows or valves, keep air circulation as much as possible, and adopt mechanical ventilation if necessary.

3) when the roller frame is used for electric welding, the welding and cutting places shall be kept dry, and the insulation protection equipment shall be strictly checked to see whether it meets the safety requirements. When working in the metal container, the welder is not allowed to touch the metal container with the head, back or other parts without insulation. All lighting equipment shall be low-voltage lighting.
