The performance of the fixed rotary welding operator is introduced;
1. The column crossbeam adopts steel plate profile structure and plane guide rail design, with good rigidity and low deflection under the structure.
2. The cross beam lifting adopts the constant speed operation mode of AC motor, and the lifting is stable and even.
3. AC variable frequency stepless speed regulation is adopted to measure the expansion, with constant torque output and stable speed. The guide rail is made of 45 steel. After stress removal treatment after welding, it is planed and shaped with high strength and stability, which can ensure no deformation for a long time.
4. The expansion and contraction of the crossbeam are driven by gear and rack, with high transmission accuracy, stable operation, digital display of speed and preset.
5. Both electronic and mechanical protection devices are set for the lifting and retracting of cross beam, the expansion of cross beam and the advance and retreat of ground vehicle.
6. It adopts high-quality slewing bearing, which is flexible in rotation and long in service life.
7. It adopts plastic strap wiring technology, which is durable, convenient, beautiful and safe.
8. The control station and the manual operator can form a remote control mode. The computer control technology is adopted. All welding parameters can be displayed and set in advance. The operation is flexible and convenient. The control station has linkage interface to realize linkage with other products of the company.
The manipulator is placed in the hand, which can be used for remote operation of welding operator, welding center and other mechanisms, and real-time control of welding process.
